Knowing that Deb’s maternal grandfather Smith was a real estate broker and her father, Dennis Dunham, retired as CFOfrom Panorama City after 42 years, it would follow that Deb has both a sense of community as well as familiarities with the business of real estate transactions. As it’s hard to know where you are unless you have an idea of where you’ve been, Deb has the good fortune from time to time to draw from relevant family experiences.

Born and raised in the Olympia area, Deb discovered early the challenges, trials and responsibilities of competition at championship levels in the equestrian arenas both here and across our northern border. Managing to schedule time as an ambassador in 4-H, she graduated from Olympia High School while raising, training and competing with not only her own, but others' horses in the Hunter/Jumper, Western Pleasure and Hunter/Pleasure disciplines.

With an avid interest in design, Deb was graduated from Western Washington University with a B.S. Interior Design, and a Minoring in Business/Marketing. Receiving her real estate license 16 years ago, Deb has achieved success working for developers, contractors and designers in addition to private enterprises. Net/net is that Deb has the experience, education, performance and abilities to enable buyers and sellers to maximize their real estate investments in the local economies.

Communication is paramount to successful relationships, and Deb's monthly mailings to her clients is intended to be both informative and fun. Anything from notes about her son, Cole, a senior at Olympia High School, anecdotes about her animals or just common sense solutions are included in these missives with relevant articles on the current real estate conditions. Her belief that "...we are all in this together..." brings in her sense of community. Contributing Deb's resources to such entities as Thurston County Horse Rescue or her "Coat Drive"for the local VFW chapter, she discovers ways to give back annually to the community that gives so much to all of us.

Living in the rural Olympia area, Deb continues to deal with relevant issues in the maintenance and upkeep of properties on which her horses, goats, chickens, geese, dogs, and cats are kept. This continues to allow her to be familiar with current responsibilities of acreage properties, as well as changing values inherent to ownership that affect us all.

As your agent, Deb is acutely aware her integrity, ethics, accessibility and responsible answers are equally important in any client/agent relationship. Further, if she doesn't have an answer to a particular question, she will find a resource proficient in that expertise in a timely manner. Deb's belief that 'sound decisions can only be made with sound information' is integral to every clients success, and hers.

Deb is always be available for personal service by phone or email, so feel free to contact her with questions any time!
